House Rules and information from A-Z
Arrivals and Departures:
Your apartment is available on your arrival day starting at 3:00 pm. We are happy for you to store your bags in the baggage room in the cellar.
On your departure day, we ask you to vacate your room by 9:00 am. There is a shower room in the cellar available for your use free of charge.
On your departure, may we ask that you leave the safe open and the key card at reception.
Pharmacy:
Is situated on the main street. Approx 5 min walk.
Opening times: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 12:30 and 1:30 – 16:30. Saturday 8:00 - 12:00.

Excursions:
We are happy to inform you of the possible excursions available, just ask at reception.
We also have brochures about the lifts, ski schools, and other activities available in Zillertal.
Babysitter:
Our tourist office (00 43 5285 6760) will arrange childcare or a babystitter for you at your request, or simply get in touch with the reception desk.
Bath robe:
Upon request, we will provide you with a bath robe for your sauna visit (€15 each)
Bank:
In the town center of Mayrhofen, you will find four banks with ATMs. Currency exchange is also available. Approx 2-8 min walk.
Payment:
We ask that you pay your accommodation bill by the evening before your departure. Payment can be made in cash or by or debit cards. Thanks!
TV:
Each apartment has a television with cable antennae allowing access to the local live webcam views. Each morning you can view the local weather conditions and receive information via this channel.
Fax and photocopy:
There is a fax and photocopy service available at our reception.

Breakfast pastry / roll delivery service:
We gladly offer a breakfast roll delivery service. Please place your order at reception before 5:30pm on the previous day. This will be delivered to your door by 7:15am. You can find the choice of rolls in the attachment.
Luggage and bags:
If you wish to leave your luggage in our storage facility after checking out so you can enjoy the remainder of your day, you are welcome to use our cellar safe storage area. Shower and changing facilities are also available.
Dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils:
In each apartment you will find a list of equipment.
Please ensure the list is correct upon your arrival. Please pay particular attention to kitchenware. Upon departure please make sure the area is clean and tidy as you found it when you arrived.
Please sort recycling and dispose of trash upon your departure.
Gift vouchers:
Why not get the perfect gift, a stay at JAGDHOF LIGEDL. We are happy to provide vouchers so that you can give this as a gift to someone special. The voucher will be issued in accordance with your individual requirements.
Dogs and Pets:
Well behaved dogs are more than welcome. Please keep the dog on a leash at all times. There is a supplementary charge of €10 per day (not including food).
Internet:
Each room has Internet access for a minimal charge. Please ask at reception for access information.
Deposits:
Upon arrival we ask for a deposit of €150 per apartment. This will be used to deduct cleaning costs and other charges upon your departure.
Guest registration:
On your arrival you will be provided with a guest card registration form. With this form you will be able to benefit from various discounts in the town. Please complete the registration form, remove the back copy for yourselves, and hand it into reception.
Important: The apartment is to only be used by the people registered to stay there.
Garbage and waste disposal:
It is a legal requirement that you separate and sort your waste accordingly. Next to the garage (on the left) you will find recepticles for the following:
Paper, cardboard, clear glass, colored glass, plastic, and metal. All general garbage is to be disposed of in the general waste bin, which has been provided.
Quiet hours:
We ask that the noise levels are kept to a minimum starting at 10:00pm. Please turn down the volume on televisions and radios.
Emergency exits:
Throughout the house, green and white signs notify an emergency exit.

Parking:
Free parking is available for all our guests.
Postcards and postal service:
You have to write it yourself…but postcards and stamps can be purchased from reception. We will happily mail it for you.

Smoking:
We kindly ask that there is NO SMOKING in our apartments. Our house is a NON-SMOKING area. If the smoke alarm should sound as a result of your smoking in the apartment, you will be liable for the fire department charges.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Umbrellas:
Rainy weather? And no umbrella – You can rent an umbrella from reception from Jagdhof Ligedl.
Rezeption/Reception:
Our Reception opening times are from Monday – Saturday from 17.30hrs – 18.30hrs
And Sunday from 08.30hrs – 09.30hrs
Naturally we will be available outside the above mentioned times, Please ring the bell at reception for assistance.
Schlüssel ( Key Card ):
On arrival you will be given the key and a form. The key will access the front door to the house, the door to your apartment, Ski/Bicycle room, and turns on the electricity in you apartment. A second key can be provided on request.
Lost keys will be charged at €20- for replacement.
Safe:
All our apartments are provided with a safe that can be operated using the instructions. Please remember to leave the safe open on your departure.
Sauna:
Our Jagdhof sauna, with infrared cabin and natural pine are available to our winter guests daily, except Saturday, from 16.30hrs – 20.30hrs.
In the summer months, during times of bad weather, the sauna will also be available at these times.
In summer months the sauna can be turned on, on request, for a small charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No alcohol is permitted in the sauna.
Schäden und Mängel/Damages and Breakages:
Please notify us on your departure of any damage to furniture or broken equipment that has occurred during your stay. As a rule the payment will be covered by your personal insurance. The court is in Zell am Ziller.
Skiraum /Schuhtrockner (Fahrradraum):
Please do not take ski boots, skis or snowboards in your room. Please leave skiing equipment in the ski room directly next to the main entrance. The ski room is always locked and can only be accessed with your key card. Please do not wear ski/boarding boots in the house or in the apartment.
Wasser/Water:
Water is healthy…
All water in the Jagdhof Ligedl is the best drinking quality. From all taps in your apartment you will receive pure, fresh spring water from the Ziller valley mountains.
Zwischenreinigung/Room cleaning service:
For an additional charge of €30- we can provide a mid stay cleaning service of your apartment. Please ask at reception iof you would like this service.
